Mexico Christmas Anytime
Products great for use at home, camping or backpacking.
In
New Mexico when visiting a restaurant serving great New Mexican food you
will be asked, “red or green”. This determines whether you want red chili
or green chili on your food. If you want to sample both it is called
“Christmas”.
The
New Mexico Christmas Anytime line of products was created with both red
and green
chili in each so you can enjoy “Christmas Anytime”, with the exception of
the Red Sauce
Mix
and the Green Sauce Mix, which gives you two separate choices.
The five products below are one serving each. Add boiling water, let set
5-10 minutes and enjoy.
NM Christmas Anytime Chili: Textured vegetable protein (a meat
substitute), red chili powder, dehydrated green chili, red chili and
onions, flour, garlic, cumin.
NM Christmas Anytime Refried Pinto Beans: Dehydrated cooked Pinto
beans, dehydrated green and red chili, red chili powder, garlic, cumin and
salt.
NM Christmas Anytime Spanish Rice: Enriched precooked pre-boiled
long grain rice, dehydrated tomatoes, green chili, red chili and onions,
red chili powder, garlic and cumin.
NM Christmas Anytime Green Sauce Mix: Green chili powder,
dehydrated onions and green chili, flour, garlic and cumin.
NM Christmas Anytime Red Sauce Mix: Red chili powder, dehydrated
onions, flour, garlic and cumin.
These two
packages contain 2 .6 oz packets of dehydrated chili or 2 .6 oz packets of
chili powder

Dehy. Chili (2-.6oz pkg):
Dehydrated red chili & dehydrated green chili.
NM Christmas Anytime Red & Green
Chili Powder (2-.6oz pkg):
Red chili powder and green chili powder.
Add mix to
canned or fresh tomatoes for salsa anytime.

Chile Salsa Mix: Dehydrated red and green chili, onions, red and
green chili powder, garlic and cumin.
Add mix to
sour cream and mayonnaise for a great tasting salt free dip.
Add ¼ to ½
cup of milk to recipe for salad dressing.

Chili Vegetable Dip: Dehydrated onions, red & green chili, red &
green chili powder, dehydrated vegetables (carrots, cabbage, celery, bell
pepper, parsley, spinach), granulated garlic& onion.
