Our two salsas are made with New Mexico hot green chili and jalapeno. The medium has a kick but the Hot has habanero powder added for a more intense heat.

Our Green Chile Stew is a "meal in a bottle". It contains green chile, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and spices. However we like to add it to beef, pork and chicken for a wonderful bowl of Green Chile Stew. Using your favorite meat a meal is as simple as cooking the meat to tenderness desired, add the bottle of Green Chile stew, simmer 30 min, serve with warm flour tortillas or cornbread.
